I'm starting again on 1st Feb!!

S: 16st7.5lb C: 16st5lb G: 14st0lb BMI: 41.2 Loss: 0st2.5lb(1.08%)
And I'm really looking forward to it.

I lost 4 stone before on Cambridge before I fell off the wagon  and we're currently awaiting referral for IVF so this weight HAS to go now! I have around 5 stone to lose to get down to a healthy BMI and to get referred.

Anyone got any tips on getting back into things? It feels like a lifetime (14 months) since I last did Cambridge. I have to start with a new counsellor too, the one I used to go to has moved!

Anyway, rambling now, going to be looking through the threads and looking forward to getting to know some of you a little better!

Well no advice really just wanted to say you have the best reason in the world to stick to it. I'm currently on day 4 of a restart, I had a baby girl in August but prior to that I lost 5.5 stone on cd.

Good luck for 1st Feb and you never know you might not even need IVF lots of us have fallen pregnant whilst on cd.
