I'm still hungry!

Today I have had:

28g weetabix minis (HEX B) with semi-skimmed milk (HEX A)

14g Cinnamon Grahams (3 syns) with semi-skimmed milk (HEX A)

Low-fat Super Noodles (Free)

A load of grated carrot and cucumber (Superfree)

2 sausages (2 syns)

Half a mango (Superfree)

1/3 of a Grapefruit (Superfree)

A cup of tea (Free) with a dash of semi-skimmed milk (HEX A)

AND I'M STILL HUNGRY...

I really want to lose weight this week after a horrible gain last week. I've done so well so far this week and I don't want to eat too much; it makes me feel so greedy! But I'm hungry...

What do I do?!? :(

Have you been drinking plenty?? I find that a pint of water with every meal keeps me fuller for longer. Also fizzy pop or another cup of tea fills me up. Other than that I would say eat some more superfree food. If you are genuinly hungry this is not a plan where you should feel restricted so if you it were me I think i would chop up some fruit/veg and nibble at it

I forgot to mention the two mega glasses of very diluted squash I've had too. (not a big fan of plain water, though I'm working on it!)

I've just made another cuppa. (It's lucky that I love tea!)

Go for lots more SF Fruit and l/fat yogurt.. and drink lots of iced water. That always helps me :) x
OK, more superfree foods! I'm OK with fruit, but finding it more difficult to find veg that I like.

I'm stuck on broccoli, green beans and carrots, as that makes up most of what I like :(
