I just completed a course called "feel the fear and do it anyway"...it was awesome. We did a few weird things including walking on glass (REAL glass might i add lol), breaking an arrow on our necks, body casting etc (my left boobie is famous lol)
Anyway we also did a thing where at every class we would say three things we were thankful for from that week.
I now keep a diary and do this myself (i write in it every night) even tho the course is finished. Its a great way to keep you positive.
thought we could do this if anyone wants?

Today im thankful for:
My wee boy waking me up with a big kiss and a "luv you mummy"
The weather cos im going on holiday and id like it to stay nice.
My dad cos he rescued me last night and fixed my washign machine just when i needed it the most to work lol
When i have a positive day with other aspects of my life it makes this diet easier! xx
