I make pizza using mashed potato left to cool in fridge for a few hours, then spread on tray greased with fry light and baked in oven turning occasionally until slightly crispy, then using homemade tomato sauce spread over base and top with hexa of babybel lights. Back in oven for about 10 mins, lovely. I use "Cream of the crop" mashed potato with spring onion from Heron frozen foods and its free on EE or Green days. Also if you add garlic to the mash and prepare it as above it makes a lovely garlic bread or base for the pizza. xxx loobylou
