In need of a CC buddy!

Hi!

I am starting to count calories again after having my 3rd baby and wedding - been completely off track since the beginning of June and feel awful!

I would love to have some CC friends to keep in touch with and chat.

I will be eating about 1500 cals a day on average, possibly more on days when I exercise as I go to the gym 4-5 times a week.

Start weight 225 - Goal weight 155

Our goals are pretty similar.. I'll be ya buddy! :D

I'm incorporating Atkins diet but still calorie counting. I aim for no more than 1200 cals per day but if I go up to 1500 cals I don't panic. Because Atkins is so meat heavy, I'll also be incorporating intermittent fasting into my diet.

Great loss so far by the way!
 
Yay! I'm also incorporating a version of the intermittent fasting into it - will be eating my calories in an 8 hour window and fasting the rest. And will be eating as clean and lean as I can with more protein than carbs - Atkins is always a good one to aim for! Now just to zig zag zag the calories through the week as well and that would be the full game he he.

The reason I'm doing 1500 is that once my losses stall/slow down I have room to lower the calories!
