In need of help

Set up a new ticker last night for the christmas challange and for some reason it has gone AWL not a clue what to do. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

I can only see tickers when I am logged on at home. While I am at work all I see is little red cross in a box. Could that be your reason as well?

I am at home on the laptop don't go out to work due to disability. Can see first one but not xmas one, just a red cross!!!

I would go back to the ticker site and recopy and paste the code in your signature x

Thanks, I think that will have to wait till OH comes home, still very new to forum lift and don't want to mess things up.

It's very frustrating I can't understand why it's happened. I'll get OH to sort it for me , and show me what to do in case it happens again!!!!:sigh::sigh:

If it helps its not just you - I tried putting a new ticker on yesterday and its not working either. Maybe the ticker site is playing up.

What's annoying is it worked fine untill about 2 hrs ago!!:sigh:
