    Hurrah! Started at 14.10 at the beginning of march and as of my scales this morning I am now 12.13 and three quarters! Yippppeeee!!!!

    Ah thanks everyone! Though weighed myself this evening and about 2 lbs heavier! Does anyone else find they are substantially heavier at the end of the day? Xxx

    It's water weight & whatever you have eaten, try to limit yourself to weighing at the same time of day :)

    And yes, I weigh exactly 3 lbs heavier in the evening than I do in the morning.....and that was on sole source with no food whatsoever.
