wow that is fantastic. I didn't think to measure myself but I kept one of my 'big' skirts. I tried it on the other day and you could get me and a small child in it now!!

Hi, you are doing so well and fab inch loss. I'm taking weekly measurements and in just two weeks I have lost 3 inches from my waist but overall from hips, waist, chest, upper arms and thighs I have lost a whopping 17.5 inches in just a short time. Can't wait to get weighed and measure myself again on Tuesday as I feel I have lost so much more as some of my clothes are hanging now, I've had to go out and buy some new bra's already! :D

I have lost 20lbs in 4 weeks, but quite dishearteningly it doesn't seem to be translating into inches? I have lost something like 1 inch off my waist and 1 off my hips? I keep trying my 'too small clothes' on in the hope on day it will happen but so far I have only been able to fit one dress i used to wear on and even that was tight, what am I doing wrong? xxx

I have lost the same weight as you and find my clothes are loser but not so much that they don't fit or that I can get into smaller ones quite yet. I keep telling myself it will come soon. My waist is 3 inches and my hips 2, nothing major but I do feel better in myself.

Thankyou TraceyAnne, that does make me feel better, I thought it was just me doing something wrong, I definitely feel better in myself, I have just always been a little impatient ;) I am looking forward to being able to go into shops that only do up to a size 14 and picking pretty dresses off the rails =P xxx

I need to do this! The weight loss is important to me but I think the inches are more so. :)

Hi,
I just wondered if anyone has been measuring their waist etc.

I started measuring my waist/hips/thigh/upper arm from about 18st 10lb this is my loss!

Waist - 10 inches!!!
Hips - 7 inches!!
Thigh - 4 inches!!
Upper Arms - 2 inches!
Aww that is fabulous .. yay you!! Massive difference :)

I took all my measurements the day i started and plan on measuring just one a month xx

Just measured my self :(
I am actually disgusted with myself...My thigh is the same around in inchs as my fellas WAIST!!!!! (true he is very slim but thats not the point) if I needed more of an incentive I have it!!

Lucy_Jucie- You are doing amazing! Well done! x

Dont worry hun!! It will come and before you know it the inches will drop off. Ive always been heavier than my bloke, brother and dad (and my dads a weight trainer) but im lighter than all of them now! It will fall off soon and suddenly u wake up and think bloody hell how much weight have a lost. Thats exactly how i felt when i tried on my LBD for Friday, even a little girl in the changing rooms said " wow you look so pretty" I acctually felt a little emotional when she said it.

Girls you could not be losing any inches because of all the darn water inside your bellies pushing them out? One week I only lost 2lb but lost 1" from my waist! Just keep up with 100% club membership and all will come together; weight loss and inches.
