Anyone have an idea what this equates to?
I need to lose 3 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my bust to get into my wedding dress (long story!)
I need to lose min another 21lbs....to get to my target weight of 10st.
I have 4 months in which to do it, acheivable or not?

    pixie,

    i reckon you can.

in 2 weeks i lost 1.5inches from hips, 6 inches (in a month) from waist and in another 2 weeks 1 inch from bust.

i honestly think it is achievable.

    oh yes..and even before probably!

You could storm the weight loss if you are 100%. If you look at my tracker etc it shows my inch loss for 4 months.

    Good luck

Go for it .. I have lost just under 4 stone in 12 weeks and gone from a 16/18 to a comfortable 12 ... so I would say if you knuckle down .. it is more than achievable!! Good luck!!

    Hi girls :)
    Yeah it is amazing!
It doesnt do up around the very top area cos of my large bust!
But if I lose another 2 inches from there it should be fine!
fits my waist and hips no probs.
Its even more beautiful than I remembered!

That's great news Pixie .... you'll easily lose a couple of inches in no time - bet you end up having to have it taken in.

Can't wait to see the photos :)

Ach.. you may be able to. It all depends where your body wants you to lose your fat from. No one has control over that. With less than 2 stones before target .. and 3 inches to lose you're cutting it fine. However I think you will :)
