Have to agree insofar as Induction has to be strict to get the best results and once we add carbs at too early a stage (on the Atkins 'pyramid' of foods) we can scupper our progress.

It may not make any difference to you but as many have found it all too often marks the start of the dreaded 'carb creep'. Can also knock you out of ketosis and cause you to binge, or just stimulate your appetite so that you feel hungry again and start to get cravings.

If you are a very strong person around carbs you might be fine. Or you might want to just have the poppadums, anyway, and then see how you go. You might not have a problem.
