Try making your own, I marinade chicken in a bag with olive oil and which Madras curry spices and then grill them until they char and serve them with a veg curry. [Make from all the low carb veggies] spinach and mushroom is my favourite. Try the 'cauli rice' on the recipe sticky at the top it's a fantastic side dish to curry or any sauce dish.
Hi Trotter, go and have a look at the Recipe stickie at the top of this forum, there are loads of nice things to eat there. Don't get anything from a takeaway!!


its very hard to know whats been added to takeaways, a lot of sugar involved in most things!

I heartily recommend the recipe stickies! The cauli rice is lovely!
