Wow!!!... Thanks for all the tips. Well Indian defo isn't WW friendly is it!!! and that's before you add in a bottle of vino. I'll be walking for hours on sat to burn it all off!!!... :(

there are some significant differences between the pocket guide and the eating out guide. I phoned WW about it and they told me to "use my calculator". so very helpful advice there...

Is there any reason why the Chicken Tikka Starter (6 pieces) is 6 points, but the Chicken Tikka Main (8 pieces) is 14 points? *confused*

Going out for a lovely Indian as an early meal, and although I've 'written off' today I want to be careful. I thought to order the chicken tikka (rather than anything with a curry sauce) and a vegetarian side. Any idea what a sagg paneer would be?


Edit- Just realised this is ProPoints (I'm on discover), that's a relief! (Points wise). But I guess my question above about the points being so different between the pieces of chicken still counts?
