Indian Food

I am going for an Indian next Thursday first one for 2 months so not bad. But so far I've lost 11.5 lbs and don't want to mess up. Any suggestions as to which type of curry and rice is best choice and syns in popadoms

I always have Dhansak, it's quite hot but LUSH and something like 6.5 syns, then you could treat yourself to some pilau rice (2.5?) and a poppadom (4ish?) as well! Enjoyyyy :) x x x
 
I'm going on Friday too - going to try a dhansak, 6.5 syns with boiled rice (free) and then skip starter and have 1 poppadom (4) and allow 3 for the onion dip (0.5 per level tbsp). x
 
I've had an Indian once since following this plan and I had chicken dhansak 6.5, poppadom 4, boiled rice free, and half a chappatti 4, so 14.5 syns and it was lush
