Indian lamb shank

Hey everyone I am going to a CurryHouse tonight and am trying to look at the menu now to save temptation later. I have seen a lamb shank slow roasted sered on a medium sauce made with finely chopped onions capsicum coriander and tomatoes.

Question is... What would you syn it as? Otherwise I am looking at a rogan josh with boiled rice. I have all my weekly syns if need be but I would like to stay focussed.

Thanks So much I went for chicken rogan josh. Ordered a chicken tikka starter so unsure what that was Ekkkkk
