Hi

I am supposed to be going out for a meal to an indian this week, can anyone tell me which are the best choices please?

I have looked on esource but am still finding my way round, so not sure if I am just overlooking the info I need x

hi what kind of food you like. Let me know and I will take a look for you. I would not recommend any lamb dishes are they are too too high, also stick to the main meal as Indidan food is not the lowest in points. Just for example

chicken korma 24
keema naan 21
pilau rice - 16

you can work out the maths !!! high isnt it.

if you go there ^^ there is a long list of lots of Indian foods. Also if you just have a wee look through the threads it's beend discussed many times

when I go I have Balti Chicken with mushroom and spinach (18PPs) and a plain naan bread (12PPs)
