Indian takeaway !

I'm off out to the Indian tonight and although there are other threads directing me towards things like Dahl and sag I've googled and would like to have a tandoori mixed grill !!! Please please please somebody tell me what I want to here that this is not too awful I'm guessing it will probably kick me out of ketosis tho ! Your opinions and advice please I have an hour and a half xxx
 
My friend gets the tandoori meats-chicken mostly and has it dry with some salad. She says it is tasty enough to make her feel satisfied. She is on a very low carb diet so I should imagine it wouldn't harm ketosis at all!!
 
Just have plain meat and you should stay in ketosis, just watch out for coatings and sauces. And watch out for fat and oils, exante is all about low carb and low cal, so it helps to watch both. There's no reason you can't enjoy a lovely mixed grill :)

(I'm dying for a Chinese but its the battered meat in sauce that I love so I'm steering well clear!)
