Hello, Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this? I've been having wicked acid like indigestion for the last two weeks (so basically week 5-6 of sole source). It's only at night time. And I haven't 'cheated' once?! I have been having a shake (fruit ones) for breakfast, a bar for lunch (lemon, cranberry or mint choc) and a porridge for dinner (original or apple), consistently since week 3 (first two weeks were all shakes and soups). The only time I have experienced this before is when I've been pregnant.....Which I most definitely am not! And any treatments that are cambridge SS friendly?!
