Indigestion on SS?!

    Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this? I've been having wicked acid like indigestion for the last two weeks (so basically week 5-6 of sole source). It's only at night time. And I haven't 'cheated' once?! I have been having a shake (fruit ones) for breakfast, a bar for lunch (lemon, cranberry or mint choc) and a porridge for dinner (original or apple), consistently since week 3 (first two weeks were all shakes and soups).

    The only time I have experienced this before is when I've been pregnant.....Which I most definitely am not!

    And any treatments that are cambridge SS friendly?!

    I get this as well but more sporadically. And i'm afraid there isnt much you can take that wont kick you out of ketosis from what i remember!

    I only get it if I have a bar. Only thing you can take is Zantac which you can buy over the counter. Are you on any other medication though? Just so it doesn't interact with anything you're already on x

    Yeah mine is also when I have the bars! I end up farty too lol

    You and your trumps lol. I only do lemon bars but I believe the chewy bars can defo make you trumpy lol x

    I'm finding taking senakot helps quite a bit....

    Do you know if you can have a mix a mousse thing on the same day as a bar? Or is it one or other? I would ask my CDC but she's on holiday!
