Info/advice on Go Lower

I know technically Go Lower isnt a VLCD but I wasnt sure where else to post this. I just wondered if there is anyone else out there doing this at the moment and your thoughts on it?
I have done every diet in the book, including atkins and meal replacement/VLCD and i have a feeling that Go Lower is a combination of them both.
Not being so low calorie I wonder if I might be able to stick to it a little easier than a VLCD.
If anyone can tell me what results they have had and wether they consider it an easy diet to stick to then I would be very grateful :)
