I am 5ft 1 and weigh 14/0. I would like to get to 9st. I walk briskly on the treadmill to burn 300cals every day.
Am i right in saying 1500cals is good for me? I know our body NEEDS, 1200cals just to survive, and as i use 300cals on exercise, that's why i've said 1500.
