fantastic thanks for replying ... im going to try and convert it to a doughnut mixture to be baked... this could be terrible or brilliant !! lol im getting doughnut withdraw symptoms
Oh I suspect that won't work out well. Bread flour is an entirely different beast to the ordinary flour that you would use to make cakes and stuff. It has a lot more gluten in it which gives the bread it's texture. Cakes and doughnuts would come out really tough and chewy.
