Hi Everyone,

Everybody seems to be doing so well. I have lost my little book that tells me what the options for the 200 cal meal are, can anybody help me please.
 
Sorry mine got tidied away when I first got it, have you looked at the Cambridge website??
 
Morning louise

ive just had a look and u can have;

120g of chiken ( no skin )
190g of white fish
250g of steamed tofu
200g of quorn
180g of tuna in water
225g of cottage cheese ( reduced fat )

Add about 2 tablespoons of green veg/salad

Thank you both for your reply, when you say quoan is it any kind or certain things.

Is anyone else doing 3 a day and evening meal, and how much different in a week is SS to SS+
 
Hi Louise, Im doing ss so cant help with that un however Ive read on here that the loses vary, I think the norm is around 3-3 and a half pound a week, am not certain of that though
