    Hi :)

    I'm Kim and I have been on Slimming World for 4 weeks.

    Week 1 & 2 were fab - 8.5lbs lost. Week 3 I had a (EXTREMELY UNEXPECTED!) gain of 0.5lbs. And it completely threw me. New baby in the family, plus lots of celebrating and family staying meant I had a very synful weekend, and no weigh in this week due to training away from home means my week hasn't been the best.

    I've been back on track now and had three fabulous days on plan. I'm here to basically get a bit of support, my leader is amazing but this new job means shift work and fitting in weigh in when I can, I'm really going to miss class support so this is the next best thing!

    I'm hoping to weigh in on Weds/Thurs next week (depending on work) so I'm on my best behaviour this weekend!

    (I was in a rush!)

    2 Nimble HEXB
    2tsp spread 2SYNS
    Tesco cheesy puffs 5.5SYNS

    Dried noodles
    Soy sauce

    Not drank a lot today, will have a couple of glasses of squash this evening. Maybe use a few more syns on something sweet :)

    Congratulations on the great losses in your first two weeks - and also on getting back on track despite things not going the way you wanted them to in the following weeks!

    I'm just getting back on track myself, restarted properly yesterday. I'll keep popping on here to see how you're doing :) x

    I'm starting Slimming World on Monday. My neighbour swears by EE so i've been trying it out a bit this week and gearing myself up!

    Not too sure what the plan is today. I think I'm going out for lunch so will save my syns for that - it's a sw friendly carvery - no butter! I went on my first week so I'm hoping that's a safe option!

    Breakfast was a banana and 2boiled eggs - again rushed as we had ballet at 8.45 :)

    My 2 year old and my 6 year old love it, but I have to confess to loving it equally! It's just so funny!

    I've had a similar breakfast, 2 eggs, slice of gluten free wholemeal, a banana and an apple. Plus a small tidal wave of tea and fresh coffee!

    Weekend okay so far. Picked a bit, but no binges which is good for me.

    Binging is a HUGE thing for me. But I can't seem to break the habit. I'm seriously thinking about going to the doctors about it. I've been told therapy can help.

    Not overly excited for weigh in but it will be good to draw the line. I really couldnt ask for a better consultant, I know she'll be there to pick me up!
