Just been to Tesco for the Sunday paper and something for OHs lunch and the lady on the till said "Oohh, that looks really nice (pesto pasta and roasted veg pasta and a ciabatta roll) So I sez "It's not for me, sadly, I'm on a really strict diet" then she tells me that she lost 4 stone last year on, guess what? LT! 
She's sitting there in size 10 pants and looks great. So I told her I'm on it too, so she said don't tell anyone here (Tesco) as if I would! She set me up for the day.arty0011:
