I was just doing one of many searches about weight loss and found this article which makes alot of sense about SW. Thought you might be interested in it too. Now, alot of stuff is on the net about weight loss and some might be rubbish but this seems to explain a little about why we on SW eat the way we do...You probably already know all this but if not you can be enlightened like I was.:8855:

Every time you're eating RAW fruits & vegetables you're losing weight because of the negative calorie effect so for example... When you eat an 85 calorie apple - Your body may have to burn 95 calories to digest that apple so in this example... You'd burn 10 calories every time you'd eat an apple so...
