Interesting read

I think that's the way to go too - there are a crazy amount of paleo dessert blogs, sites and recipes at the moment. It's becoming big business - so new people starting paleo see all this stuff and think it's part of the daily diet, just like in a standard diet. I was also reading how baked almond flour ends up as a huge intake of oxidized omega 3, which isn't good - one might argue if you're avoiding wheat for non allergy reasons (ie are not too intolerant) then you might as well forgo the expense and have rice flour, potato flour or even the wheat for that monthly treat. Starting to think it might be the way I'll go & just have pancakes filled out with sweet potato or courgette or my much missed porridge - once it's a treat & I don't suffer. (Just don't tell the paleo food police)
