Interval training - is it enough?

Hiya,
Just started interval training and looking for some advice.
Im doing 25-30 minutes on the bike (including warm-up and cool down). my low level is 5 at about 80mph and my high is between level 11-12 at 90-100mph. I am planning on doing this 3-4 times a week as well as some circuit weight training.
Is this enough cardio to burn fat at a good speed?

For the frequency, the time is fine. I do 2-4 90 minute gym sessions per week and my programme is evenly split between cardio and resistance.
