Into a new stone bracket!

Woo hoo! Into a new stone bracket this morning! Yay!
Although my body knows no different - the 1lb I lost when I stepped on the scales this morning is much more important to my brain than the few pounds before it!

So Im 'in the 11's'. My 6th stone bracket. What a good day!

I started on 6th January. Did SS for 97 days. Then I did SW for a few months. I'm now on day 46 of my second SS stint this year.
