So I'm new to all of this..
I've just organised an intro session with a counsellor on Wednesday night, which I'm quite nervous about actually!

I'm not even sure if LL is for me, but I know I have to do something!

Looking forward to talking to you all (especially you, Emma!)

    Ooo Annie helloooo :)

Theres no need to be nervous, it's just a dvd and then they answer any questions and give you a potential start date. Good luck :)

I was very impressed with my introduction and I'm a cynical old boot so it must be good if I liked it!

The dvd is obviously a selling pitch but it is also informative and the before and after people that are filmed do show you what is possible if you do lighterlife.

After your joining you will go once a week for around an hour, possibly more and the groups are no more than 12 and are all same sex.

In my first group meeting were 10 women including myself and our counsellor. We were from all different walks of life, ages and various shapes and sizes but all had a common goal to lose weight. I didn't think I would enjoy it but I did and you can relate to what the other women are saying and share tips as well as gain a very useful insight into why you are overweight, how you will lose the weight and most importantly of all- how you will maintain your desired weight.

I have never been on a diet before but feel very pleased that I have started lighterlife (lite).
