Sunday Food Diary... Aim for this week is to loose 2.5lbs..

Breakfast:
- strawberries (SS), yoghurt

- HExA - Milk in coffee

Lunch:
- HExA - Milk in coffee
- BBQ burger x2, 1 burger bun ( 8 syns ), 1 tbsp mayonaise ( 5.5 syns), couscous with tomatoes, onions, and peppers.. lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber
- freddo ( 5 syns )
Dinner:
SW Arabiata, pasta


Snacks:
grapefruit

Healthy A: Dashes of skimmed milk in coffee
Healthy B:

Daily Syns used: 18.5/ 15
Weekly Syns used: 26/ 105

- sw chips, sw sausages (4.5), beans, roasted mush tomatoes peppers chilies

Snacks:
Melon
Rocky road hifi
10 marsmallows ( 10 syns)

Healthy A: Dashes of skimmed milk in coffee
Healthy B: 2x Hi Fi Bars

Daily Syns used: 14.5 / 15
Weekly Syns used: 54/ 105

Well done on resisting! I'm rubbish at resisting my scales - they just sit in the bathroom looking at me while I brush my teeth! lol.

Gutted folks..0.5 off...i really had expected about 2.. After having such a great wk and all!!
 
You had a great week, and I know it's disheartening when they don't move much, but you might well find that you get a really good loss next week. Scales are fickle creatures! Anything in the right direction is always something to be celebrated :) x
 
Hi there :wavey:, had a wee look at you diaires, hope you don't mind, and they look great. I can understand why your gutted, I was the same recently. Had a really good week and lots of exercise and I stayed the same. I found it caught up with me the following week, I hadn't been so good and hadn't managed any exercise and I lost 2.5lb. If it happens again I'm going to try and not let it get to me too much and hope the results will show the following week.

If your as good with your diaries as you have been this week I bet you have a good loss next week.

Thanks Girlies.. i went for abig shop for loads of good foods..so im going to stick with it..

At least it was a loss.. and not a gain.. hopefully ill have a good loss next week! ill keep at it dont worry..

Im here making spaghetti bolognaise from scratch, and getting the lunch boxes ready for the week!

Hope everyone else is making good progress..

( i was peed off after WI, so ate my 2 HEXbs for breakfast at the meeting lol - i know no Superfree here! )

Snack
- HExA - Milk in coffee
- Packet of Chickatees (4 syns)

Lunch:
- Spaghetti Bolognaise (Mushrooms(S), onions (S), garlic, peppers(S), 95% lean mince, passatta(S), tin tomatoes (S), tomato puree(S), sun dried tomatoes ( 1 syn (just incase) ), Spaghetti boiled in water,
10g Parmesan cheese grated ( 2 syns )

Snack :
Orange (SS)

Dinner:
2 slices of ham rolled up in quark, lettuce (S), tomatoes(S), cucumber(S), chillies (S) SW Tzatziki sauce (Free), SW Chips

snack:
Wheelies (4.5 syns), 2 marshmallows ( 2 syns)
Healthy A: Dashes of skimmed milk in coffee - measured
Healthy B: 2 x HiFi Light

ah i know my breakkie wasnt great there.. but ill make up for it with SS foods later!
 
any loss is a good one Tweet.....I know how you feel over the last 8 weeks I have only lost 3lbs nut I know if I keep going it will all come right so keep your chin up hun and carry on x
