Lost the plot yday ..drawing a line under it.not even going to calculate the damage... Back on track today!
 
Sunday Food Diary... Aim for this week...Loose more than last week!!! and to measure everything!!!

Breakfast:
- grapes; 2 boiled eggs; coffee
- HExA - Milk in coffee

Lunch:
- Bolognaise (Mushrooms(S), onions (S), garlic, peppers(S), 95% lean mince, passatta(S), tin tomatoes (S), tomato puree(S), sun dried tomatoes ( 1 syn (just in case) .. Above sauce stuffed in peppers with some quark (2 stuffed peppers eaten)
Sw chips

Snack :
Rocky Road

Dinner:
SW chips, 1 stuffed pepper, grapes, tomatoes, 2 sw sausages (3 syns)

Thanks chick. Hopefully I'll get a good result on Tuesday although I was out for a meal with my parents last night and went totally off-plan so who knows what'll happen! For the first time in my life last night I didn't have anything to wear because all my dresses were way too big - nice problem to have! So I'm actually not quite so fussed about the scales because I'm feeling so different about myself.
