monday Food Diary...

(S) = Speed (SS) = SuperSpeed

Breakfast:
grapefruit,oranges, toast (JExB), Poached Egg, coffee (milk)

Snack:
4 jaffa cakes (10 syns)

Lunch:
Mush, onions, spring onion, chilli, peppers, mixed leaves, noodles, peanut oil (1Syns) 2tbs Oyster sauce (1 syns)

Snack :
apple

Dinner:

Healthy A: milk
Healthy B: toast

Daily Syns used: tbd / 15
Weekly Syns used: not counting..bad wknd!!!

Lunch: 2 slices wholemeal bread(HEXB), lettuce (S), tomato (S), cucumber (S), bacon, quark, mozerella
slice white bread (4syns)

Snack: Rocky Road (3syns) , grapefruit

Lunch: arriabata with pasta ....TBC
 
Big line has to be drawn tonight.....gained 1lb this wk...

Coffee (hexA), Hi Fi bar x2 (HexB)

Dinner:
STiryfry Chicken, courgettes, onions, muchrooms, chickpeas, peppers, chillies, thai sweet chilli sauce (2), pasta, soy sauce

Gained..3.5lbs.. I think i need to get back on this.. Miss corset used to keep me in trim!!

Lunch - 3 slimming world sausages (4.5 syns), turnip(S ), potatoes
Dinner - Home made pizza made out of smash base, passatta(S ), beans, peppers(S ), mushrooms(S ), onions(S )

snacks - muller light yoghurt, orange, melon(Ss ),

Im back.. And almost as heavy as i started out.

So starting tmrw..13st 2 3/4 ... I have my mushy pea curry and superspeed bean pasta mad.e.along with soup...Sw pizzas..for a wk of slimmimg world 100%..

Here's to a slim 2014 bridesmaid ..2013 is my year for weight loss!!! Slim chick here i come!!!

WI.. today.. Thankfully only gained 1/2 lb over the xmas period.

S: Orange, coffee (1)
L: Vegetable risotto (onions, mush, peas, peppers, risotto rice)
S: Mullerlight, apple, plum, coffee (1)
D: Melon (starter) , Mushy pea curry, peas, rice

S: Rocky Road (3) , 2 oatfield choc mint hard sweet (**).. Sw rice pudding. 1 mini salt time cracker ritz .. (**)

Total: 5 + (***) /15 syns

L: Med Veg Soup with bread (Ate out so not sure of syns, will give it 6 just incase)
S: 0% fat dunnes yoghurt
D: Veg risotto, dessert Rice pudding
