I am interested to know if anyone is doing this. I made some enquiries about it after reading about it in a magazine a couple of weeks ago. But I can find little about it on the internet. It is supposedly endorsed by Dr Chris Steele amongst others, but again I can find nothing on his website. It seems fairly straightforward, with a good choice of meals, and you can add your own salad and vegetables immediately, progressively introducing other foods until you are eventually eating a 'normal' healthy diet again. It just seems strange that no one seems to be writing about it!
