Sometimes I've actually weighed in more after a wee which doesn't make sense as my body was getting rid of water so it should be lighter right or have I completely missunderstood science.
But on the whole a wee doesn't seem to make much difference.

I try get a loss each week but I think the loss over month is a better indicator as we really do fluctuate so much. I'm looking forward to getting over 1 stone loss as I think under that it hardly shows.
