I'm the worst dieter in the world! I've yoyo dieted all my life and when I discovered CD last year I thought I'd found my answer.(hopefully that's still the case) I lost 32lbs, was nowhere near goal at that point but fell off the wagon and then put it all back on again. Started again on 14th jan this year, 1lb heavier than I was starting 1st time, Lost 30lbs and then started mucking about....cheats here and there, then was away for a few days last week so I'd basically been off the diet for a few weeks now. I started again on Monday having put on 9lbs again. I'm hoping I can stick with it and the underlying trend will be weight loss and not gain. I feel motivated just now ( Long may it continue!). I've set myself a mini goal of 2st. Maybe having a smaller loss to concentrate on will help.
Is anyone else this bad? And if anyone has any tips on how to keep myself on the straight and narrow I'd be most grateful!.
