Claire from Steps is on in a programme about her weight loss. She wants to go from a size 20 to a size 12 for her wedding in 5 months. Not CD related, but quite interesting.

Can't remember. I know she was a size 20 wanted to be a size 12, but cant remember if her actual weight was mentioned.

Let's all book a week at the boot camp lol. I'd love to be able to afford things like that (but the cost of the CD is bankrupting me I'm afraid)!!

She was 16st 7lb according to the mirror.
She looks fab now!

She looked beautiful on her wedding day. I guess that makes it all worth it. Now the hard job - she's got to keep it off lol
