Hi all started this morning. All good so far but I have a question if anyone can help. My pharmacist told me I could split the sachets if I wanted so I did just that. I had half a vanilla with coffee and sweetners at 10.15am and had the other half at 12.30pm with just water. I added extra water as I "think" she said I could do that - i.e. I used 240 mls in each half. Now I am doubting my memory and think I might have messed up already:sigh:

Can anyone let me know if what I did is ok

hi kerry, yes you can, actually is better so you drink more water (upto 4litres) some do it to dilute the flavour though like me cos they make me gag with lots of ice, good luck on starting the diet, if you stick to it 100% this will change your life x

I was in a right state worrying I had messed up.

Its going ok so far, I know I have only started but I have a really good feeling about this.

Hi Lolapink (I didnt purposely steal part of your name btw:D)

I started to think I might have dreamed it when I had done it and didnt what to ring the pharmacy so soon to check.

As for running to the loo, I think there is a track worn on the floor already!!

Tell me about it! Its when I have to leave my warm bed in the middle of the night that I get most annoyed! Its great to share the Lola with ya! :D

I hope you don’t mind me cutting into the conversation but I so know what you mean about a track worn in the floor! My parents are completely in support of me but they do find it rather funny I keep having to pause the TV so I don’t miss anything to go to the loo! Hope your getting on ok and remember everyone is here to support you! :)

Water is the key to weight loss on this diet, so drink plenty either in the shakes or as water or black tea or black coffee.
