Does anyone know if it's bad for the body to be in and out of ketosis all the time? I keep having family do's and weddings so do about 2 weeks and then have a day off, then get back in. Just want to be sure i am not damaging my body, breaking my kidneys in any way?:confused::confused:

No, it's fine. It's a natural metabolic state and some people go in and out of it all the time without noticing depending on how long it is since they've eaten, whether they had carbs and so on. On 1000 plan I'm not in ketosis usually but will go into it overnight or if I choose lower carb options on the menu plan - I know cos I get the breath of death!
