    i reallllly fancy Shepherds pie, now i have extra lean mince, stock, veg all sorted however i really want real mash potato! i have some semi skimmed milk left from my full heA today but can i use all my syns for today on my butter in my mash or i there a rule against that?

    You can use your syns for whatever you jolly well like. No rule.

    LOL well i'll have to weigh it and its between four of us and its 'normal' butter so don't think it'll be much butter even with 15 syns LOL.

    and with weather i don't fancy chocolate or my hot chocolate so not using sys there, so just my meals I'm using syns for, however wasn't sure if using all syns in one meal be classed too fattening.
