is it hard??


I have been doing WW for over 10 years on and off. Have done the discover plan and now doing the propoints, have been for 5 weeks.

Christmas has made me wobble (who hasnt though :D) but in all honesty I am quite happy with the new plan.

I resisted at first as so used to the old one, but so love having the weekly points, they are there if you need to use them. Kind of like a safety net. :)

I was saying to my WW leader the other day, that if am honest on the weeks have needed to use the weekly points... if had have been doing old plan would have just blown it and stopped pointing, given up. So for me the propoints is helping me to stick with it.

I am loosing probably slower on propoints but I am happy with that. I find it easy enough to do, can honestly say am eating well. Love having fruit as zero points.

I still have a choccie bar a day, usually a curly wurly and a packet of crisps with my lunch. So still having treats, and dont feel that missing out at all.

I would say give it a try, I know it doesnt work for all but for me it has, and have no regrets doing new propoints.
