Is it just me?

    I find that after 2/3 days CD I find it hard to sleep.:(

    is this just one of the side affects?:confused:

    1.get through day 1 100%=DONE
    2.get through weekend 100%=DONE
    3.get through week 1 100%=

    How are you spacing your shakes out? I think we discussed spreading them but not having one before bed.

    Not sure that this helped or not, but was a thought. :)
