If you feel okay doing it and your not straining then I would say so, just be careful as your more likely to pull a muscle etc when pregnant as everything softens,
My only exercise is very short walks at the moment I have low blood pressure and faint if I'm stood up or walking for long, I want to start swimming again in the next few weeks as iv not been since pregnant
I couldnt do just dance etc now as my hips hurt alot just with walking, I'm planning on trying to tone up my arms though by doing light weights with lots of repetition as it's one thing I can do sat down x
