I have a bag of frozen cauli in the freezer. I was going to cook it and mash it and re-freeze it in individual portions to microwave as and when needed. Would it be ok to do that?

Don't see why not...thought it was only chicken, etc, that you needed to be careful with :) But I'm no domestic goddess so check with the others :)

Yeah, it should be fine. Just try not to have it too moist when it goes in the freezer or it will be quite watery when you thaw it out. :)
