Is my plan OK?

One day at a time :)
Just needing a bit of advice really... is my plan (in my sig) OK?

I will have a snack of fruit or veggies or similar after exercising which would bring the total up to 1400 at the very most/day...

Does that sound unreaonable?

1400kcals is a very sensible amount and easier to sustain. Exercise plan looks good too :)
 
Thanks KD, I know I can stick to this happily within our food budget :) It'll be the exercise that'll be harder! I do enjoy exercising, just got to get back into it gradually!
