Is quark and any milk allowed?

I just wondered if quark was ever allowed?

Also, are there any milks out there to have with decaf tea that are useable?

Most people can cope with small amounts of dairy as long as you check labels & count carbs. Well worth a look as every brand different

Higher fat items (cream etc) vs low fat (usually add sugar) or milk (more lactose) is usually safer, but a splash of milk in tea probably wont be your downfall
