Is Slim Fast Filling enough ?

Hay peeps

I have just had my morning shake and am really full up. When i first started drinking them they didnt fill me up. Has any of you noticed how full you get after drinking the shakes ?

I find that they are reallly filling, I use a blender to make mine and so it seems to taste really thick and creamy... I had mine a few hours ago and still feel suprisingly full.

It's my first day doing slimfast properly so I'm really happy at how full I'm feeling!

Good Luck with your diet. I use a blender too and i put in some ice which makes it even more yummy. hehe never thought i would say SF was yummy.
