any good? im not going to meetings and dont really want to but reading all about it on here it all sounds so confusing, is it worth going as i dont know how many points i should be on or should i just stick to the old one if i decide to change to ww

propoints is easy.

Imagine ww was like sw
fruit is free now
you get daily point you have to spend each day like your free food
and weekly points for you to use and enjoy like syns

mhhhh from what I have read of SW I don't agree that this new plan is any similar to it. I don't know why people is thinking that. OK there's all fruit at 0 points, but from what I can understand, that's the only similarity it doesn't seem to be possible to compare the two plans.

Anyway, the propoints plan is very simple to use darling. I would recommend to go to at least 1 meting so you can understand how it works, but even if you want to try to do it online for a month or two and learn the rules through the WW website it's OK!
