Is there a CDC around please, for advice on bars?


Plod, plod, plod.....
My CDC says that I can only have either cranberry or peanut bars. I am at the end of week 7 and am going to see her this evening. She says that the other flavours are for when I move up the plans, but I'm not sure of this is right having read some other posts which mention them. Can someone help please?

All flavour bars are ok to have from week three onwards. max of 1 per day and extra water needed too.

Thanks Lelly, I'll mention it again to my CDC.
Yep def all bars are ok from week 3. I drink a extra pint during the course of the day when i have a bar tho to avoid constipation plus they def make me thirstier.

I would change cdc if she is not willing to sell you other flavours. I think the cranberry and peanut are lower in carbs then the other flavours but i think cdc are meant to sell you the whole range.
