Is there a limit......

It is meant to be only one as it adds 20 calories a time. That's the only reason you're meant to have only one, I'm like you I'd have it for every meal if I could!:D
I think it's more a personal choice thing, if you don't mind the extra 60 calories a day then according to my CDC it's not a problem.
I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner given the chance!!!
Chocolate or choc mint - not fussy!!
Mind you, probably better off sticking to one a day......too much of a good thing and all that!!
