is there a min amount to lose to join sw

hi all
i'm just come of cambridge and have about 10lb left to lose i'm struggling to decide on a plan to do it with i love sw i have always done it before cd and i need accountabilty but i was wondering if i would be allowed to join with only 10lb to lose?

i think i read somewhere that it goal had to be to lose at least 7lbs? But like you i am planning to finish cambridge (in my 12th week) and go on to SW. So will be watching with interest.

yeah just rang the sw cons and its 7lb so i'm ok. quite excited now and i think its just what i need.
