Hi, just joined and hope I'm posting this in the right place! I live in Bulgaria and have started the SW plan (did it many years ago) with my OH. I looked on the SW Overseas board but there's been no activity on the Bulgaria one since Nov 2013 so, I hope it's OK to ask this here. There is no such thing as quark where I live, would I be right in thinking it's just very low fat cream cheese or am I totally wrong? I've found half fat cream cheese and wondered if I could use that in recipes, obviously working out the syn value. I've seen cake recipes using quark- which seem to interest me for some reason. The other thing is FF fromage frais - when I was in the UK this saved my life as I could make loads of desserts with that and SF jellies! I detest plain yoghurt - I can just about tolerate it in a curry but, otherwise, yuk. Do people use it in desserts? Sorry, I seem to have asked loads of questions! Many thanks for reading this x
